Hey! My names Sarah aka TheFitnessGirlNI. Over the last 7 years I’ve helped transform not just the bodies of dozens of local hard working people, but also helped them develop their mindset and helped them to become their own personal trainer and help them continue their journey even after they are ready to leave my guidance.

As a personal trainer, online coach and mentor I offer 1-1 sessions based in a private studio in Newtownards, North Down, along with mobile training sessions in the comfort of your own home with equipment supplied and brought to you by me and for those who live a super busy lifestyle my online only coaching provides you with structured training programme weekly, check ins and round the clock access to my expertise via Whatsapp both private message and in my dedicated group chat for my online clients, All programmes are personalised to your goals and come with nutritional guidance to help you get the best results possible.

Qualifications: Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training

MY SERVICES

1-1 Sessions

Face to face coaching sessions based in a small private gym or from the privacy of your own home. Each session is 1 hour long consisting of verbal and visual guidance of each exercise.

Group Sessions

Small group training consisting of 2-4 members based within the private studio. Focusing on strength and conditioning training.

Online Coaching

Personalised fitness programmes consisting of 4 week blocks, ranging from 3-4 workouts per week. Daily WhatsApp support and guidance along with your personalised nutrition guide to help you get the best results.

Diet Plans

One of our monthly nutritional guidance plans with a breakdown of your macronutrients and calorie intake, to help you take control of your diet and improve the outcome of your training.

  • I started training with Sarah in March 2024 . At 43 I was super tired and struggling with hormone imbalances , dare I say peri menopause. I had tried other coaches even one specialising in Peri menopause. I quit I got so overwhelmed it was like a full time job trying to keep up with workouts, steps and feeling like a failure while looking after family and my business.
    Sarah has taught me this isn’t a quick fix but it’s listening taking advice and realising this is a process and a forever change. looking at photos and scales (which took along time to move) I just can’t believe it. I have so much more energy and my hikes no longer require breaks or inhalers lol . Sarah not only taught me how to exercise properly toward goals, and nutrition, but she taught me that all bodies are different and to begin to love the skin I’m in. She always encourages and builds me up and keeps me going when it gets tough. I still have my harder days with self love and body image but Sarah has made them so much easier 

  • I haven't been with Sarah that long, just over 2 months or so and I've already noticed a huge change in my body and my confidence. Before starting with Sarah, I was in a slump. I was still trying to eat well and count my calories and I was still trying to go to the gym, but I didn't feel as though anything was working for me anymore. What I love about Sarah is she is always there whenever you need her with constant communication, suggestions, help with workouts, and she does check-ins every few weeks to make sure you are feeling good about the programme. You don't feel like you're doing it alone! As far as food is concerned I don't think I've ever done a programme where I haven't craved food or been hungry at the end of the day. So if you're considering joining with Sarah you won't regret it, I was nervous to take the step but it was the best decision I ever made!
