I started with Sarah whilst I was pregnant to keep me fit and focused on a healthy weight gain. 6 months postpartum I was back with Sarah, and with her twice weekly one to one sessions in the comfort of my own home (baby joining in), I had control over my fitness goals, activities and weight loss plan. 6months into my journey I was back to my pre pregnancy weight, but a stronger, fitter and more healthy version. 2yrs later and I’m still enjoying Sarah’s one to one coaching which she has adapted to my ever changing health requirements. A bonus for any mum of young children is my daughter loves her weekly strength training and will hopefully see that looking after self is a lifestyle you deserve. Thank you Sarah x
