Before After

Since starting with Sarah again 8 weeks ago, I've noticed such a difference in my shape and how strong I have become again. Each programme she does for me is tailored to my needs and specific areas i want to work on. I've not only lost inches, but I'm so much stronger in lifting weights and aiming for my personal best!

I feel fantastic and feel and look so much better in my clothes too! Sarah is always there when I need her giving advice, whether it be on training or nutrition. I'm so glad to be back with her!!! Her online coaching is the best I have had! I love that I feel more confident within my body and so excited to continue to work with Sarah.

Training with Sarah has been amazing! I started working with her to drop some weight for my wedding in October, and I've already seen incredible results - my wedding dress ended up too big!

Sarah keeps every session fresh and engaging, and without her guidance, I don't think I'd have seen these changes in my body. Thank you, Sarah, for helping me feel my best for my big day! Excited to work on my honeymoon body now!

Since starting with Sarah I feel like I have so much more energy, good within myself, stronger and more confident. Strength training has made me become a better version of myself knowing I am accountable. I like that my training is a routine and to know I am sticking to something for the first time ever.

I would highly recommend Sarah as I feel like this has changed my ways for the better and look forward to the future with making more progress.

Before

I haven't been with Sarah that long, just over 2 months or so and I've already noticed a huge change in my body and my confidence. Before starting with Sarah, I was in a slump. I was still trying to eat well and count my calories and I was still trying to go to the gym, but I didn't feel as though anything was working for me anymore.

What I love about Sarah is she is always there whenever you need her with constant communication, suggestions, help with workouts, and she does check-ins every few weeks to make sure you are feeling good about the programme. You don't feel like you're doing it alone! As far as food is concerned I don't think I've ever done a programme where I haven't craved food or been hungry at the end of the day. So if you're considering joining with Sarah you won't regret it, I was nervous to take the step but it was the best decision I ever made!

Before

I started training with Sarah in March 2024. At 43 I was super tired and struggling with hormone imbalances, dare I say peri menopause. I had tried other coaches even one specialising in Peri menopause. I quit I got so overwhelmed it was like a full time job trying to keep up with workouts, steps and feeling like a failure while looking after family and my business.

Sarah has taught me this isn’t a quick fix but it’s listening taking advice and realising this is a process and a forever change. Looking at photos and scales (which took along time to move) I just can’t believe it. I have so much more energy and my hikes no longer require breaks or inhalers lol . I am loving coming back to my strongest fittest self and this is down to consistency, weight training and Sarah expert guidance. Highly recommend Sarah as a coach that listens and take a unique approach to each clients needs.

I used to procrastinate and put off doing workouts because I was tired after work, then always said I would do one at the weekend, then the weekend came and so did more excuses. I’m not saying it’s easy, Sarah keeps it challenging - but in the best way - as sessions and programmes are tailored to you and she pushes you to your full potential. It’s so worth it, she makes sessions fun and enjoyable!

I never imagined being able to keep putting the work in with my high demand job but as long as you are showing up for you, that’s all that matters! My goal was to have a better fitness routine and feel better in myself, I was never out of shape but I needed to change my habits. I now look like i work out, I can see muscle in my body, I am stronger, my confidence has increased massively and I am feeling proud of myself.

I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve made and I’ve really seen the difference. Learning more about nutrition and how to fuel my body has lead to me feeling stronger in the gym and in my daily tasks. This has definitely transformed my lifestyle and strengthened my body and joints. I love being challenged every session. Mobility has been something we have incorporated into my training and it’s been so helpful and beneficial

Working with Sarah has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years. I was so unhappy before I started with her and struggled with looking in the mirror without becoming upset. Sarah not only taught me how to exercise properly toward goals, and nutrition, but she taught me that all bodies are different and to begin to love the skin I’m in. She always encourages and builds me up and keeps me going when it gets tough. I still have my harder days with self love and body image but Sarah has made them so much easier

Before

I started with Sarah 12 weeks ago due to lacking routine and being in a negative attitude towards training and the gym. My confidence has grown in the gym and myself. I felt like I could contact Sarah at any point to ask for advice and guidance on my programme.

My check ins helped me to recognise the progress I have made this helped to motivate me during the programme. I would highly recommend Sarah to any female that is needing guidance and structure.

Before

I started working with Sarah to learn how to lift weights correctly and make positive changes to my body and mindset. I didn’t have any experience using weights at the gym. I had no idea where to start or if I was even doing things right. After just a few sessions, everything changed. She broke things down in a way that made sense, built my confidence, and taught me how to lift with proper form.

Now I walk into the gym feeling strong, empowered, and actually excited to train. Working with Sarah was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. Take the step and do it girls it’s so worth it

When my little girl turned 6 months I started back with Sarah for 1:2:1 coaching. Through Sarah’s tailored workout and health program, her motivation, knowledge, support and my own dedication to my new lifestyle, I have not only gained physical and mental empowerment but within 7 months have dropped 3 dress sizes and lost over 3 stone.
